Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Koku Anyidoho has expressed his disapproval towards the party’s flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama.
On the X platform, he voiced his criticism towards Mr. Mahama, accusing him of not engaging in rigorous campaigning like his main rival, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who represents the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming 2024 elections.
Anyidoho criticized Mahama for not being proactive in his campaign efforts and failing to connect with the grassroots of the party. He pointed out that Mahama’s lack of engagement and visibility could potentially harm the NDC’s chances in the upcoming elections.
Anyidoho also highlighted the importance of a strong and strategic campaign, especially in the face of a formidable opponent like Dr. Bawumia.
Bawumia is campaigning day and night and making use of 24 hours: where is the 24-hour economy man? He is nowhere to be found yet he is expecting us to vote for him. Wishful thinking.
