Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has firmly stated that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), is the ideal choice for president in this year’s elections.
He emphasized that Dr. Bawumia’s vision and strategies are designed to ease hardships and drive national progress.
Mr Kufuor said this while addressing a mini-rally in Abuakwa South on Wednesday, November 27.
I have been paying close attention. Bawumia’s policies, especially his emphasis on equipping the youth with entrepreneurial and digital skills, are commendable. If this isn’t what you want, then what do you desire? I urge you, he is not just coming for the NPP, but for the entire country.
Mr Kufuor further defended his decision to campign for Dr Bawumia.
