MORE PRAYER REQUEST FOR GHANA – DR. BAWUMIA IN MECCA

The final intercession for Ghana and Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia in Mecca brought together a diverse group of Islamic clerics.

This spiritual gathering followed two previous intercessions during the pilgrimage, all aimed at praying for Ghana and its leadership. The program included recitations from the Holy Quran and prayers for the country and its traditional authorities.

Notable figures such as Sheikh Baba Dua, Sheikh Swala Kuwait, Sheikh Swallah, Swallah Alajo, and Sheikh Abu Fail were among the participants.

Sheikh Abu Fail emphasized the importance of peace and unity among the citizens, stressing that the peace of Ghana should be protected at all costs.

The Chairman of the Ghana Hajj Board, Hon Ben Abdallah Banda, expressed his gratitude to the clerics for their prayers and support for Ghana and Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia’s presidential ambitions.

He highlighted the importance of their blessings and emphasized the positive impact that Dr. Bawumia’s presidency would have on the country. During the event, several members of the Ghana Hajj Board were in attendance, showing their solidarity and endorsement of Dr. Bawumia’s potential presidency.

The Chairman’s remarks underscored the significance of unity and collaboration in achieving national goals and aspirations. Overall, the event served as a platform for the Chairman to acknowledge the support of the clerics and to rally support for Dr. Bawumia’s presidential bid, emphasizing the potential benefits that his leadership could bring to Ghana.

He emphasized the importance of safeguarding Ghana’s peace, as it is the only country to which they belong. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s presidency, he added, holds great potential for Ghana’s progress.

Also present at the event were several members of the Ghana Hajj Board. Additionally, the initial group of Ghanaian pilgrims is scheduled to be transported from the Jeddah International Airport to Tamale.
