During the launch of the 2024 Manifesto for the opposition National Democratic Congress on Saturday, August 24, former President John Mahama, who serves as the party’s flagbearer, delivered a speech.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow, we take the first step towards resetting our dear nation Ghana. We face challenges that have held us back for too long but now it\u2019s time to build the Ghana we all want together\u2026Tomorrow, we begin the journey together.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

During his interaction with media professionals on Sunday, August 25, Dr. Bawumia stated that Ghana does not require a reset, as proposed by Mahama.<\/p>\n

Instead, he emphasized the necessity for innovative ideas outlined in his manifesto to advance the economy. He believes that his policies are essential for propelling Ghana’s development forward.<\/p>\n

What this country needs is an upgrade, not reset. And if given the mandate, I will roll out the measures outlined in our recently launched manifesto to revamp the economy.<\/strong><\/p>\n
