Presidential candidate of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, alongside Abena Osei Asare, the Minister of State for Finance and Member of Parliament for Atiwa East, has inaugurated a newly built, state-of-the-art party office complex in the Constituency located in the Eastern Region.
The inauguration occurred last week during Dr. Bawumia’s nationwide campaign tour focused on various constituencies. This remarkable facility stands as a testament to the party’s commitment to the constituency and offers a dedicated venue for the organization and management of party activities.
In her address, Abena Osei Asare underscored Dr. Bawumia’s commitment to continuing and completing the beneficial policies initiated by the Akufo-Addo administration, which include the Free SHS initiative and numerous infrastructure projects.
She highlighted the NPP’s established record of success and its vision for the transformation of Ghana. Abena Osei Asare also commended Dr. Bawumia for his accomplishments as Vice President, which encompass the digitalization of the nation, the launch of a medical drone delivery system, and the digitization of operations within the National Health Insurance Authority.
She expressed confidence that Dr. Bawumia’s vision would lead to significant transformation in Ghana if he is elected. She urged constituents to cast their votes in large numbers for both her and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the upcoming general elections, enabling the party to further advance Ghana’s development agenda.
