NAPO RALLIES BONO EAST COMMUNITIES TO CHOOSE FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the vice-presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has urged the residents of Kunsu, Kintampo, Abease, Prang, and Yeji in the Bono East Region to rethink their voting patterns and consider supporting the NPP in the upcoming December elections.

During his tour focused on various constituencies, Dr. Opoku Prempeh, popularly known as ‘Napo,’ engaged with key figures such as chiefs, queen mothers, Zongo leaders, and numerous groups across the Kintampo North, Pru West, and Pru East constituencies. His message centered on encouraging the people to put their trust in Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia by casting their votes for him.

Dr. Opoku Prempeh underscored that the NPP prioritizes unity, inclusion, and progress, and with Dr. Bawumia’s leadership, Ghana would experience substantial development. He contrasted the NPP’s dedication to progress with the performance of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), highlighting that despite years of voting for the NDC since 1992, the anticipated improvements in their communities have not been realized.

He also pointed out the accomplishments of President Akufo-Addo’s administration, claiming that it has brought more progress to the Bono East Region than previous NDC governments. He encouraged voters to support Isaac Baffoe, the NPP’s candidate for Kintampo North, and Hon. Stephen Jalula, the NPP’s candidate for Pru West, arguing that their leadership would bring lasting development to the region.

While speaking in Abease and Prang, both in the Pru West Constituency, Dr. Opoku Prempeh mentioned that the people are ready for an “upgrade” by voting for Dr. Bawumia and the NPP, who have demonstrated their ability to propel the nation forward. He assured the constituents that choosing the NPP would secure a better future for them and that Pru West would emerge as a constituency that actively contributed to Ghana’s progress.
