Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia continued his engagements with key stakeholders, by meeting with members of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana, in Accra yesterday, to throw more light on his policies for the industry and the nation.
The interaction, also gave Dr. Bawumia further insight into issues of concern to members of the Society, which he pledged to include in his policy.
Transforming the industry and making Ghana a pharmaceutical hub in West Africa to start with, will be of enormous benefits to Ghana, and the Dr. Bawumia’s government, by the grace of God, will focus on that.
With a committed political will and the right investment to support the industry, it is possible to make Ghana a pharmaceutical hub in West Africa.
Dr. Bawumia’s plan to make Ghana a pharmaceutical hub in West Africa is inspiring and promises huge benefits for our people. A pharmaceutical hub in Ghana would mean more local jobs, more investment, and improved healthcare. It’s encouraging to see that Dr. Bawumia is looking at the big picture and ready to take the necessary steps to make this happen. It is indeed possible.
