Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah has indicated that the digitalization policies by flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will give the youth the edge to compete globally.
In a post on X (Formerly Twitter), he revealed that the various digitalization policies outlined by Dr. Bawumia are tailored to empower the youth with knowledge, skills, and understanding about digitalization, technology, and innovation offering them the opportunity to be on par with the advance country by competing on the global stage.

Mr. Ahiagbah noted that the Dr. Bawumia government will make this possible by collaborating with the private sector to educate and train 1 million youth in technological skills like software development and coding to aid in the creation of jobs which will reduce the rate of unemployment among the youth.
Bawumia will partner with the private sector to train 1 million youth in Information Technology skills such as software developers to provide job opportunities Worldwide.
He stressed further that this initiative will help the country leverage the 4th industrial revolution to develop and grow.
This will enable Ghana to take full advantage of the 4th industrial revolution. It is possible!
