Director of Communications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah has stated that if Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is elected as president this year, he plans to use the country’s substantial gold resources to strengthen the Ghanaian Cedi.
Under a Bawumia administration, Mr. Ahiagbah is highly confident that the Cedi’s depreciation will become a thing of the past. He noted that Dr. Bawumia proposes to use our gold reserves to back the cedi and make it more stable.
This is a bold solution to the problem of cedi depreciation, and it is expected to put an end to the issue. With Bawumia’s plan, the cedi will be much more stable and depreciation will no longer be a concern.
Mr. Ahiagbah urged Ghanaians to refuse the opposition and their leaders.
Let’s take a bold step towards progress with Bawumia as our leader. Let’s reject any idea of regression and embrace the promise of sustainable economic growth, employment opportunities, and expedited development.
With Bawumia at the helm, Ghana can strive towards a brighter future. It’s possible. Stay away from the NDC that offers nothing but fear in the guise of improvement. Let’s not be deceived. Instead, let’s vote for Bawumia and the NPP, the team that can genuinely deliver on their promises. It’s possible.
