Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), attended the 30th-anniversary celebration of NPP USA Branch in Washington on Sunday, May 26.
Alongside NPP executives, national executives, and senior government officials, he joined the event to commemorate the growth and significance of NPP USA.
Despite its challenging beginnings in the early 90s during the transition from military rule to the 4th Republic, the NPP USA has emerged as a dynamic external branch of the NPP. The party greatly values the support and contributions of NPP USA, which should not be underestimated.
Congratulations to the branch’s founders for their bold initiative, as well as to all those who have played diverse roles in the success of NPP USA, which now has 27 active chapters across the USA.
The continuous support of NPP USA, and all other external branches, will even be more crucial as we seek to break the 8 and continue with our transformational vision for Ghana in the 4th Industrial Revolution. It is possible together.
