Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the upcoming 2024 elections, is preparing to commence his constituency campaign next week.
Starting from the five northern regions, Dr. Bawumia intends to travel southwards across the country, engaging with the youth, grassroots supporters, and key stakeholders throughout the journey.
The main goal of this campaign is to interact with every Ghanaian citizen, highlighting the achievements of the NPP while outlining Dr. Bawumia’s transformative vision for the future of Ghana.
Focused on inclusivity and advancement, the campaign is set to tackle urgent issues and gather feedback from various segments of the population. The Vice President launched his nationwide campaign tour on Monday, 29th April 2024.
A press release issued by the Director of Communications of the Bawumia for President 2024 campaign, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, stated that this initiative signifies the beginning of a strategic approach by Dr. Bawumia and his campaign team to engage with Ghanaians in all 16 regions to secure victory in the upcoming elections.
The release mentioned that the campaign will prioritize addressing key concerns, focusing on issues, and presenting practical solutions that resonate with the Ghanaian people.
Moreover, the campaign aims to promote meaningful discussions and engagement with various stakeholders, including traditional leaders, religious leaders, youth groups, traders, farmers, students, and entrepreneurs.
It was also revealed that the nationwide tour, which commences in the north, demonstrates Dr. Bawumia’s dedication to engaging with Ghanaians from diverse backgrounds, understanding their needs, and articulating a vision for the future of the nation.
Prior to embarking on this campaign tour, Dr. Bawumia, who serves as Ghana’s Vice President, conducted extensive consultations and engagements with communities across the country.
