Oftentimes, we read in the papers, and we see people threatening on social media. Very soon, anybody who makes a threatening statement to incite violence before, during, and after the elections will make sure the law deals with the person in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Under the National Election Committee, we will do our utmost best to work once again with all security agencies to ensure that this year’s elections are peaceful. And the country will continually be seen as a trailblazer and the rest of the continent will know, and we will go all out to ensure there is peace.
