The Vice President of Ghana and flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has asserted that the NPP government has achieved more development in the Savannah Region than any other administration in the country’s history.
This declaration was made during his constituency-focused tour today of the Daboya-Mankarigu area. Addressing the people of Daboya, Dr. Bawumia stated,
We, the NPP, have developed the Savannah Region more than any other government in the history of this country. The bridges that we are building, like the Daboya Bridge, In sha Allah, will be ready before the election. We are also constructing the new Yapei Bridge and the new Bupei Bridge.
Furthermore, he emphasized the NPP government’s commitment to the region, highlighting their role in the creation and development of the Savannah Region.
We have created the Savannah Region with all the development. But I know there is one thing you want to hear, and I am going to tell you, In sha Allah, before the end of this year: We are absorbing Savannah College of Education
