Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), emphasized that despite numerous obstacles, the current government has introduced and is actively carrying out several initiatives with significant long-term effects, even for future generations.
He cited the issuance of a National ID Card, Mobile Money Interoperability, and Free Senior High School as examples of these initiatives.
Dr. Bawumia stated on his Facebook page that he has effectively contributed to the significant transformation of Ghanaian society.
I have ably played an active role in fundamentally reforming the Ghanaian society.
At various engagements in Yagaba Kubori, Builsa North and South Constituencies yesterday, the Chiefs and people such as the Paramount Chief of the Builsa Traditional Area hailed the impact the NPP government has had over the last 7 years.
