AKUFO-ADDO AND DR. BAWUMIA HAVE REDUCED THE NDC’S STRONGHOLD IN THE NORTH FROM A WORLD BANK TO A SUSU BOX – FATIMA ABUBAKAR

The Minister for Information, Fatimatu Abubakar, has praised the achievements of the New Patriotic Party, highlighting the leadership of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the Northern Regions of Ghana.

During her appearance on Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” program, she asserted that the development initiatives undertaken by the current government for the Northern populace are “unprecedented.”

Almost all the major development projects in the North were done by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

She highlighted several noteworthy projects, including improved road networks and hospitals, among other infrastructure developments. She disclosed that the government has built the sole interchange along with approximately eight bridges in the northern region.

She emphasized that the Agenda 111 initiative aims to guarantee that residents receive adequate healthcare services.

What is even more interesting is that our Agenda 111 is in every district.

One of the hospitals in Garu has been finished and is set to be operational soon, while the rest are in different stages of completion. Additionally, she stated that the government has improved the Tamale airport as a way to enhance development in the North, resulting in a much more impressive and up-to-standard airport.

The New Patriotic Party’s influence in the Northern Regions has been significant, largely attributed to the efforts of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. Fatimatu Abubakar taunted the NDC by pointing out that what was once considered their stronghold in the North has now diminished to a mere savings box.

what (the North) used to be their world bank has now been reduced to a susu box.
