Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, the running mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has ardently supported Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, asserting that the NPP flagbearer is not corrupt and will remain so.
In a discussion with investigative journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni, following the receipt of a copy of Azure’s latest publication, Dr. Opoku Prempeh commended Dr. Bawumia as a person of integrity who sincerely prioritizes the welfare of the nation.
The flagbearer I serve is not corrupt, he has never been corrupt, and he never will be.
Manasseh Azure’s recent work, titled ‘The President We Never Had,’ details numerous occurrences throughout President Akufo-Addo’s tenure, encompassing claims of corruption.
The publication also allocates a chapter to the appointment of Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh as the running mate for the NPP, highlighting the covert lobbying efforts involved.
During the presentation of the book to Dr. Opoku Prempeh, Manasseh remarked.
