Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential candidate, has commended the execution of the free senior high school policy.
Ghana’s vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, stated that the policy is important and has helped the people of Ghana.
On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, he made this statement during on a campaign visit around the Bono East Region. He spoke with chiefs, stakeholders, and common people, urging them to cast big NPP ballots.
He believed that Ghanaians needed to vote for the NPP in order to preserve the free SHS policy, which the party had effectively accomplished.
We promised to implement free SHS, and we delivered despite objection from John Mahama. The beauty is that many have benefitted.
