The presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has appointed Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, the Minister of Education and Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe, to lead the newly established campaign group known as “B24.”
Party operatives and activists have indicated that Dr. Adutwum was selected for this role due to his dedication to grassroots initiatives.
The B24 campaign group is set to be officially launched on Friday, September 27, 2024, at the Kumasi Rattray Park Dome.
Its purpose is to implement a strategic grassroots campaign across the nation in preparation for the upcoming December elections. Consequently, a new variant of grassroots campaign organization has been created to fulfill this objective.
This group, boasting a membership in the thousands, is intended to operate in every corner of the various constituencies. T
The campaign will feature both day and overnight activities, including early morning broadcasts, all conducted under the careful guidance and directives of the respective Members of Parliament until the NPP secures victory in the general elections.
