Samira Bawumia, the Second Lady, has become a sensation in the Eastern Region, mobilizing people behind her husband, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
On the third day of her regional visit, Samira Bawumia encouraged the chiefs and people of Akwatia constituency to support Dr. Bawumia in the next elections by sharing his message of hope with them.
Samira Bawumia remarked, “It was an honor to meet with Nana Akua Asantewaa III, discussing development and empowerment for women and youth.”

Samira Bawumia highlighted women’s growth and empowerment at the Eastern Regional Women’s Conference, which was held in Akwatia on Saturday. She also highlighted Dr. Bawumia’s dedication to providing opportunities for women.
She emphasized that women’s economic empowerment, education, and healthcare are top priorities in Dr. Bawumia’s vision.
