THE YOUTH ORGANIZATION IN AKATSI NORTH HAS COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING DR. BAWUMIA

A youth organization known as the Progressive Citizens of Akatsi-North has expressed confidence in the Vice President and New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, securing victory in the forthcoming general elections scheduled for December 7.

The group asserts that Dr. Bawumia stands out among the 13 candidates representing various political parties vying for the presidency of Ghana.

They have stated that after carefully analyzing the policies and campaign messages of opposition leaders, they believe Dr. Bawumia represents the superior choice, which is why they are endorsing him.

This declaration was made during a press conference held at Mitsiri Kasa in Akatsi-North, Volta Region, where they publicly affirmed their unwavering support for both the flagbearer and the NPP in the upcoming elections.

The youth organization, identifying itself as an independent collective of enthusiastic young individuals, clarified that it is not affiliated with any political party. Their primary aim is to foster future growth and development for both Akatsi-North and Ghana as a whole.

Kedzi Daniel Kwaku, the leader and spokesperson for the group, highlighted that when comparing the opposition parties and their leaders with the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), it is evident that the Vice President and the NPP have consistently demonstrated progress, innovation, and stability.

He further noted that Dr. Bawumia is a resilient leader capable of providing practical solutions to the developmental challenges facing the nation.

For instance, under the able leadership of Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr Bawumia, the Akatsi-North Constituency has received its fair share of the national cake in the area of development.

In light of this, the spokesperson declared that they have decided to engage in an extensive campaign by visiting households throughout the constituency to promote the commendable initiatives of Dr. Bawumia, aiming to secure success in the forthcoming general elections.

The youth leader emphasized that Dr. Bawumia is not only youthful and brimming with innovative developmental ideas but also embodies compassion and care, as he pledges to modernize the nation’s tax collection system through digitalization.

Faustina Awukutse, the leader of the Mitsiri-Kasa Young Ladies Union, stated that all the young women have committed to supporting Dr. Bawumia in order to facilitate transformative changes in their lives as dynamic and vibrant individuals.

Celestine Amegah, a member of the Youth Group and Secretary of the Mitsiri-Kasa Young Ladies Union, noted that the campaign has commenced earnestly among their members in the constituency, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
