Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Vice President and flagbearer of the NPP, has extended heartfelt thanks to the Catholic Bishops Conference for the fatherly advice he received during their meeting.
Dr. Bawumia engaged with the Catholic Bishops Conference at the Pope John Paul Formation Centre in Ofoase Kokoben, Ashanti Region, where they discussed matters of national significance.
In a post on his Facebook page, Dr. Bawumia described the meeting as “insightful” and expressed his sincere gratitude to the Catholic Bishops for their guidance.
This afternoon I had the honour of interacting with the Ghana Catholic Bishops Conference, led by its President, Most Rev Dr Matthew Kwasi Gyamfi at the Pope John Paul Formation Centre, Ofoase Kokoben in the Ashanti Region.
I am grateful for the open, frank and insightful discussions on important national issues, including the December 7 polls and the moral fibre of our society. I am particularly grateful for the fatherly advice. May God bless us all
