BAWUMIA TO GHANAIANS: REJECT MAHAMA, NPP HAS DELIVERED REAL PROGRESS

As the race for the presidency heats up ahead of the 2024 elections, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), is urging Ghanaians to look at the facts and reject John Dramani Mahama’s return to office.

Speaking during his campaign tour, Dr. Bawumia emphasized that the NPP, under President Akufo-Addo, has outperformed the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in virtually every sector, leaving Mahama’s past leadership in the rearview mirror.

We have delivered far more for Ghana than Mahama and the NDC ever did. In fact, we’ve done more in just a few years than they did in eight years in office.

He pointed out the key achievements of the current NPP government, which has made significant strides in infrastructure, education, security, and healthcare.

We have built more interchanges than you. We have built more hospitals than you. We have built more schools than you. We have built more public libraries than you. We have built more fish landing sites than you. We have built more sanitation facilities than you.

We have built more astroturfs than you. We have built more sports facilities than you. We have done more equipment for the police than you, for the military, for the Navy than you.

Bawumia also stressed the NPP’s commitment to social welfare, pointing to the restoration of key allowances: “We brought back the teacher and nursing training allowances, ensuring that our educators and healthcare workers are well supported,” he stated.

Under our watch, we’ve also introduced free technical and vocational education—a game-changer for the youth, highlighting the government’s push to build a skilled workforce for the future.

The NPP flagbearer made it clear that the progress Ghanaians have experienced under the current administration is undeniable, and he urged voters to ensure that progress continues.

Ghanaians are seeing results, and we cannot afford to go backward. Let’s continue the work on what we’ve started. Reject Mahama and the NDC.
