Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has asserted that the policy proposals he has introduced in anticipation of the 2024 general elections are ambitious and designed to advance Ghana into the 21st century.

Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has conveyed his assurance in Dr. Bawumia’s capability to lead the nation. Mr. Kufuor stated that the economy of Ghana is poised for transformation should Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), be elected in the upcoming general elections.
He emphasized that Dr. Bawumia possesses the potential to expedite the economic advancement of Ghana.
I have observed his remarkable abilities in economic enhancement during my tenure, as he was integral to the Bank of Ghana’s team under Governor Dr. Paul Acquah, contributing to the revival of the currency.
