Nana Akomea has urged Ghanaians to support Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), in his bid to become the next president of Ghana.
As the Deputy Chairman of Dr. Bawumia’s campaign team, he emphasized that the Vice President has demonstrated his commitment to advancing Ghana’s development through a comprehensive presentation of his policies.
Nana Akomea highlighted several of these policies, including a flat rate tax, the introduction of a credit scoring system for citizens, and utilizing gold reserves to stabilize Ghana’s currency.
He asserted that Dr. Bawumia has proposed effective solutions to address the current economic challenges. During his appearance on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’ program, Nana Akomea, who also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the InterCity State Transport Corporation, characterized Bawumia’s proposals as pragmatic, contrasting them with the approaches suggested by the opposition National Democratic Congress and their candidate, John Dramani Mahama.
Bawumia’s message to Ghanaians is meaningful. Because we all admit there is hardship, but how can we remedy the situation? But when you listen to the NDC, all they are saying is nothing but platitude.
