The Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has expressed confidence that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will secure victory in the upcoming 2024 elections scheduled for December 7.
While speaking to a large gathering of supporters in Adugyama, located in the Ahafo Ano South East Constituency of the Ashanti Region, Dr. Bawumia asserted that by the stroke of midnight on December 7, the NPP will triumph in both the Presidential and Parliamentary elections, achieving a decisive majority in Parliament.
I have toured 15 regions and at the end of today, I would have toured all the 16 regions and so far I have visited 266 constituencies. Wherever I go, I observe so many things and from what I have seen around and seen here, I can sleep tonight.
On December 7, when you go and vote, by 12 midnight, you will all hear that the NPP has won the 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary election.
Dr. Bawumia further stated that the NPP is well-positioned to secure victory in the upcoming elections due to its commitment to inclusive development. He noted that the NDC is apprehensive about their impending loss.
The reason why we will win is because of the good work we have done,” Dr. Bawumia said, as he listed a number of initiatives he said the NPP has ensured.
The NDC are so scared because they know they are going to lose the election. They know they will lose, that is why they have started lying, that is why they have started insulting everybody.
They should continue insulting us. For us, we are focused and on our way to victory.
The nighttime rally, attended by thousands eagerly awaiting Dr. Bawumia, signified the conclusion of his remarkably successful tour of the Ashanti Region.
During his visit, Dr. Bawumia received an outpouring of affection and substantial backing, as supporters gathered in large numbers to extend a warm welcome.
In nearly every constituency, regardless of size, the atmosphere was vibrant and electrifying, suggesting a strong determination to secure decisive victories for both the NPP and Dr. Bawumia in the upcoming Presidential and Parliamentary elections in December.
