Under the Great Speech, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia outline several policies and initiatives designed and tailored to tackle all the sectors in the country. These Bold Solutions will seek to address the issues and problems in the country serving as lasting Panacea Ghanaians have been waiting for. Under the Infrastructure sector, Dr. Bawumia outlined these three unique initiatives to tackle the issues affecting the sector.
1.Prioritize Pwalugu Dam construction with private financing
This policy will take the burden off governments and taxpayers in terms of raising capital for the Pwalugu Dam. The Governments will repay private firms over the long term.
2.Partner with private sector to build housing estates
This policy seeks to collaborate with the private sector to building housing estate for the people of Ghana.
3.Expand infrastructure at medical schools as well as the Ghana Law School to support an increase in admission for students for medical and legal studies.
This policy seeks to improve both the medical and law schools by building more infrastructure to accommodate more students in that field and to make learning easy.
