The people of Adaklu and the larger Volta Region have been promised further development by Vice President and New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who has promised to provide even more in his role as President of Ghana.
As part of his campaign tour of the Volta Region, Dr. Bawumia visited the Adaklu Constituency on Tuesday. While there, he detailed his goals for future advancement and emphasized the accomplishments of the NPP government in the region.
Dr. Bawumia highlighted the notable progress the NPP has accomplished over the last seven and a half years while addressing community leaders, including chiefs, imams, clerics, and residents.
He claimed that the NPP had given Adaklu more noticeable progress, drawing a comparison between this and the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) 16 years in power during the Fourth Republic.
“To Adaklu, we have delivered portable drinking water. Here in Adaklu, we have constructed a stadium and a youth resource center. Dr. Bawumia mentioned a number of significant NPP-initiated projects, including the construction of an Agenda 111 hospital in Adaklu, the arrival of a district police command, and a magistrate court with a bungalow.
Dr. Bawumia positioned himself as a “problem solver” who is committed to identifying workable solutions, reaffirming his dedication to tackling the issues plaguing the Adaklu community. “We’re here to fix issues. That is the role of the government. He pledged to hunt for answers to the challenges brought up by the community. “You look for the problems of the people and you try to solve them,” he stated.
