Communications Director for Dr. Bawumia’s Campaign Team, Dennis Miracles Aboagye has indicated that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s government will maintain and enhance the free SHS project.
Mr. Aboagye in a post on X established that the free SHS policy which was implemented by the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration will not be canceled under the administration of Dr. Bawumia but it will rather be improved upon. He noted that under the leadership of Dr. Bawumia the project will be sustained and measures will be put in place to improve and strengthen the project.
Dr. Bawumia’s presidency shall maintain and enhance FREE SHS. Under the competent Dr. Bawumia, Free SHS would not be cancelled.
He also mentioned that under the able leadership of Dr. Bawumia, there will be massive development and growth with regards to infrastructure for at the various medical and laws schools across the length and breathe of the country to aid in the admission of more students in those fields of study.
Bawumia’s government will expand infrastructure at medical schools as well as the Ghana School of Law to facilitate an increase in admissions for students for medical and legal studies.
