DR. BAWUMIA REPRESENTS THE MOST FAVORABLE CHOICE FOR THE YOUTH ELECTORATE – KOFI TONTO

Kofi Tonto, a political advisor to Mahamudu Bawumia, the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has asserted that young voters have no superior alternative in the forthcoming general election than the vice-president.

He emphasized that Bawumia’s significant political contributions are fostering genuine admiration for him as the 7 December elections approach.

During his appearance on the Asaase Breakfast Show (ABS) on Tuesday, 6 August, Tonto articulated that Bawumia is the leader capable of advancing Ghana into the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), which is a goal that resonates with the youth.

Young people are looking for a leader who can help us catch up to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, somebody who can help us get to that level.

Who better than Mahamudu Bawumia? Somebody who is talking about the opportunity for a young person to live in Atimpoku; once they have the requisite skills and the requisite infrastructure, they can live in their house in Atimpoku and work for a company in the USA, in Canada, or elsewhere.

That is the Ghana that the young people are looking for and Bawumia assures them that he is the person to give them that Ghana they are looking for.

Tonto remarked that Bawumia is the first vice-president since Aliu Mahama to whom young individuals can ascribe concrete accomplishments.

For the first time, when you go to these areas, you see young people attributing a vice president to something,” he said.

Apart from maybe Aliu Mahama that at a point we attributed, you know, he did a campaign on sanitation, etcetera, and then sending the girl child to school.

Aside from him, that you can attribute these two things to; there isn’t a vice president in the history of this republic who young people alike can attribute something to something that impacts them daily.
