THE THEME OF THE COMPETITION IS IN LINE WITH OUR AIM TO IMPROVE AND TRANSFORM EDUCATION – DR. BAWUMIA ON JUNIOR GRAPHIC COMPETITION

Vice President and Flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has indicated that the Junior Graphic National Essay Competition objective falls in line with the government’s vision.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia graciously extended a heartfelt welcome to the exceptional winners and finalists of the highly esteemed 2023 Junior Graphic National Essay Competition. The prestigious event took place at the grand Jubilee House.
On behalf of His Excellency, President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, I welcomed to the Jubilee House, this afternoon, winner and finalists of the 2023 Junior Graphic National Essay Competition, organised by the Graphic Communications Group, in collaboration with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Advisory Unit, at the Office of the President.
According to Dr. Bawumia, the theme for the competition aligns with the government’s aim of improving and transforming education, ensuring access to education for every Ghanaian child in the country.
The objective of the Junior Graphic National Essay Competition, which is, “unearthing and nurturing talents through writing,” is in line with our government’s broader vision of prioritising, since 2017, free, quality, accessible and inclusive education for every Ghanaian child.
He was pleased with the exceptional intelligence displayed by the young students during their discussion of the specifics of their essays focusing on the SDGs.
I was impressed by the brilliance of the young students, as they discussed details of their essays, which were on the SDGs.
Dr. Bawumia, in a heartfelt gesture, extended his warmest congratulations to the exceptional students, dedicated educators, and supportive parents who were all involved in the highly anticipated competition. With genuine admiration, he commended their unwavering commitment, hard work, and determination that led them to this remarkable achievement.
Congratulations to all the finalists, their teachers, as well as their parents.
The Competition was organized by the Graphic Communication Group in collaboration with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Advisory Unit at the Office of the President.
