GHANA NEEDS DR. BAWUMIA TO RESTORE THE VALUES OF SERVICE AND SELFLESSNESS — KWABENA AGYEPONG

A senior campaign aide to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate, Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, has emphasized that Ghana needs Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to restore the core values of service, sacrifice, and selflessness.

According to Mr. Agyepong, Dr. Bawumia is committed to working hard to reduce the growing obsession with materialism that has taken hold of the country.

Speaking at a virtual fundraising event organized by the United States chapter of Friends of Bawumia (FoB), an affiliate of the NPP, Mr. Agyepong noted that throughout his political and professional journey, Dr. Bawumia has maintained a spotless record and demonstrated strong personal integrity.

Mr. Agyepong highlighted Dr. Bawumia’s humble beginnings, sharing how he struggled through school but, through dedication and hard work, built an impressive career.

He further stated that Dr. Bawumia has a clear vision to transform Ghana, emphasizing that he is now embarking on a journey of introducing new ideas and directions to move the country forward.

Reflecting on the upcoming December 7, 2024 elections, Mr. Agyepong noted that since being elected as the NPP flag bearer in November last year, Dr. Bawumia has visited all sixteen regions of Ghana and held meetings with various stakeholders.

Additionally, Mr. Agyepong pointed out that Dr. Bawumia’s efforts have strengthened religious tolerance in Ghana and enhanced the country’s international reputation.

He expressed confidence that the NPP is on the brink of a historic achievement and believes that the party is poised to secure a third successive electoral victory.
