I ALWAYS FULFILL THE COMMITMENTS I MAKE – DR, BAWUMIA REMINDS TATALI/SANGULI

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), emphasized his track record of fulfilling promises as a reason why he should be elected President on December 7, 2024.

During his campaign, Dr. Bawumia highlighted several key achievements from his time in office as Vice President, including the successful implementation of the Free Senior High School policy, the digitization of the economy, and the reduction of inflation rates. He emphasized his commitment to delivering on his promises and his ability to effectively manage the country’s economy

When I came here to campaign in 2020, I promised you that if you give me and NPP the mandate, we would fix this very important road linking Tatale to Yendi and Tamale.

Today you all can see the extensive work done on this road. The 167 kilometers of road is almost completed. The contractor tells me he will be done in two months.

Dr. Bawumia addressed a Community Engagement event in Tatale within the Tatale/Sanguli Constituency of the Northern Region this past Saturday, as a component of his constituency-centered nationwide campaign. He characterized that section of the highway as the lengthiest road built by the NPP administration.

So you can see that even as Vice-President, I have fulfilled the promise I made to you. When you make me President, you can be confident that I will fulfil my promises to you.

Dr. Bawumia, having visited several constituencies in the North East and Northern Regions, emphasized that the NPP administration, during his tenure as Vice-President, diligently delivered on their commitments to the people of Tatale/Sanguli. He assured that if elected as President, he would exert even greater effort to achieve more for the nation.

When we came into the office in 2017, only 17 communities in Tatale/Sanguli had been connected to the national grid. Today, in just eight years, we now have 44 communities connected to the grid. Before the end of the year, 15 more will be added.

He mentioned that the government was tackling the water issue affecting the population and mentioned that 175 boreholes had been drilled in different communities, with additional ones planned for the future.

There will be an Agenda 111 hospital in Tatale/Sanguli. We are expanding access to agricultural inputs, healthcare and education as well.
