I AM NOT SELF-CENTERED; I WILL ACTIVELY SUPPORT DR. BAWUMIA’S CAMPAIGN – KENNEDY AGYAPONG

Kennedy Agyapong has firmly asserted that he is not self-serving; therefore, he is fully committed to campaigning for Dr. Bawumia to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to a significant victory on December 7.

He emphasized that losing the NPP presidential primaries to Dr. Bawumia does not imply that he should remain passive and observe as his cherished NPP strives to maintain its political dominance.

While addressing numerous NPP members and supporters at Abossey Okai in the Greater Accra Region, he called upon all discontented NPP members to re-engage and actively support the party’s campaign efforts.

I will be a selfish person if I don’t step out to campaign for Dr Bawumia.

If you are in a political party and you go to an election and lose, you don’t leave the party because you didn’t win. It will make you a bad loser, so I’m appealing to all our peeved members to return to the NPP.

I’m using myself as an example, I contested the NPP presidential election and lost, but I’m here campaigning for Dr. Bawumia, who won the polls, to lead our great party to victory.

He stated that if he refrains from campaigning for the NPP, it would suggest that his “Ghana First” campaign slogan was misleading, asserting that “it would imply that my Ghana First slogan is self-serving.”

The NPP representative from Assin Central also took this opportunity to urge all discontented NPP members in the Abossey Okai Constituency to let go of past grievances and come together to support the party.

If you see me this evening on a campaign platform, it should motivate NPP members in Abossey Okai, who lost a contest or think the party did not treat them well, to learn from me and forgive and forget.

Go house-to-house and campaign for the party to win the presidential and parliamentary elections.
