Flagbearer for New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has revealed that his government will set up skills training centers to train Kayayes.
Speaking at a conference with stakeholders in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Dr. Bawumia noted that several measures have been put in place to aid in the growth and development of all the sectors in the country. He revealed that just as mechanisms have put in place to establish training facilities to train kayayees, the pharmaceutical industry will not exempted.
If you want to do something as important as training of pharmacists, you have to put the resources there to build it. We are also doing that even for Kayaye.
He disclosed that he will commission the skills training centers for Kayayees next month. The initiative will aid in training kayayees.
We have got skills training centers that i will be commissioning next month, to train kayayees.
Dr. Bawumia outlined several policies and initiatives that will develop and grow the country, ensure economic stability, and progress.
