Koku Anyidoho, a Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has challenged the flagbearer of the NDC, John Dramani Mahama, to accept the invitation for a presidential debate issued by the Vice President of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, ahead of the 2024 general elections.
Koku has stated that he will arrange a demonstration under the slogan ‘no debate, no presidency’ if Mr Mahama refuses to participate in the debate.
He posted on his X platform that currently, it is John Mahama’s supporters who are claiming that he will not take part in any debate.
For now, it is John Mahama’s aides/cult worshipers who are saying he would not participate in any debate.
I am waiting for JM himself to be bold and say to the hearing of Ghanaians that he would not participate in a debate & I will lead a massive ‘No Debate, No Presidency’ demonstration.
