Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the running mate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has advised John Dramani Mahama against prematurely assuming victory in the forthcoming elections. Commonly referred to as NAPO, he asserts that the former president is misjudging the current electoral landscape.
He predicts that Mahama will face an unexpected outcome on December 7th when he does not secure victory in the general election. During the launch of the NPP manifesto in Takoradi, Dr. Opoku Prempeh expressed his commitment to diligently working towards the goal of breaking the eight-year electoral cycle.
Those with hidden agendas who believe the election is already decided should be prepared for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to win the December 7th election.
We, the supporters of NPP, will campaign tirelessly, going from room to room, house to house, village to village, community to community. We are determined to end power outages, eliminate fuel queues, and ensure that education is not dependent on financial status. Accountability is on the horizon for those with hidden agendas. We will work relentlessly to create a better Ghana.
