Senior Campaign Aide to the NPP 2024 vice-presidential candidate, Dr. Henry Kwabena Kokofu, has refuted claims that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government has made minimal contributions to the development of the Ashanti Region.
Dr. Kwabena Kokofu, who previously served as the Member of Parliament for Bantama and as the Executive Director of the Environmental Protection Agency, asserted that the NPP has achieved more developmental progress in the Ashanti Region than any other political party.
During an appearance on the Ghanakoma Morning Show on Akoma 87.9FM in Kumasi with Sir John, he emphasized that the NPP has made significant strides in the Ashanti Region and is actively engaged in numerous essential projects for the area.
The government of President Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia has done a lot in the Ashanti Region and all over the place. Whether you are talking about infrastructure or whether you are talking about the number of people who have passed through school as a result of the new policy on education by the government, it is obvious that this government has done great things here.
