NPP WILL CERTAINLY WIN THE UPCOMING ELECTIONS – KWABENA OKYERE DARKO-MENSAH DECLARES

Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Takoradi, has voiced confidence in the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) victory in the 2024 elections.

Speaking yesterday at the NPP’s 2024 Campaign Committee launch in the Takoradi Constituency, the MP who also serves as the Western Regional Minister predicted that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the party’s presidential candidate, will defeat John Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the race for the presidency.

He declared, the NPP would undoubtedly prevail in the next elections.

Whether the opposition NDC likes it or not, the NPP will win the upcoming general election.

John Mahama’s incompetence persists. He claimed that since he would only be in office for one term, if Ghanaians elect him in error, he would not be answerable to anyone.

He claimed that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has been resolving the nation’s issues even in his role as vice president and that he would be among Ghana’s greatest leaders.

He emphasized that the adoption of several social interventions is a result of the NPP’s unique position as the only political party that genuinely cares about the welfare of Ghanaians.

According to the Takoradi MP, the present government’s Free Senior High School (SHS) program has contributed to the rise in student enrollment from 13,000 to over 600,000.

He added that in order to keep a pledge the NPP made to the people of Takoradi, the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) headquarters was built in Takoradi thanks in large part to the efforts of the party’s flagbearer, Dr. Bawumia.

He disclosed,

On August 19, 2024, the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, is expected to officially open the GNPC headquarters in Takoradi.

The road in Tarkwa, which was in terrible condition, has been restored, he said, and the President would shortly officially open it.

Asiedu Kokro, deputy director of national communications for the NPP, urged party members in the constituency to unite behind the lawmaker and the party in order to achieve a sizable majority.
