Salam Mustapha, the National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party, has expressed full confidence in his flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, to emerge victorious in the upcoming December elections.
He stated that his party will implement a distinct strategy to outperform their main rival, the National Democratic Congress. The clash on December 7 will feature the two Northern leaders, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and John Dramani Mahama, vying for the presidential seat.
Both leaders have engaged in a vigorous campaign against each other in the lead-up to the elections, aiming to win over the electorate. The election will also include independent candidates such as the Movement for Change and the New Force leaders, Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen and Nana Kwame Bediako, also known as IamFreedom or Cheddar, respectively, competing for the top position.
Several surveys have indicated that one of the presidential candidates from the major political parties, the NPP and NDC, will emerge victorious on December 7.
However, the true outcome will only be determined by the voters who support their preferred candidate on the day. Speaking on Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” morning show, Salam Mustapha emphasized the NPP’s strategy to overcome their opponents in the elections.
By God’s grace, we are going to win the 2024 elections. The NPP will win the 2024 elections with a strategy that our National Youth Wing calls ‘surprise and attack’. What I want to tell our supporters to understand is that they should have hope and belief in us.
