NPP Women’s Organizer, Kate Gyamfua, has responded to the prophetic statement made by Rev. Dr. Isaac Owusu-Bempah regarding former President John Dramani Mahama.
On Tuesday, October 1, Rev. Dr. Owusu-Bempah, the General Overseer of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, proclaimed that former President and National Democratic Congress presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, would emerge victorious in the upcoming December elections.
Because of your kind-heartedness God has handed over the country to you and nothing can change it,
through you, the nation will move forward and nothing can stop it.
In response to these statements, Kate Gyamfua, during an interview with Nana Yaw Kesseh on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’ morning show on Wednesday, October 2, remarked that Rev. Owusu-Bempah, who was once regarded as the ‘darling Prophet’ of the New Patriotic Party, spoke “out of pain.”
She indicated that Rev. Dr. Owusu-Bempah is deeply upset by the treatment he perceives he has received from the party, which has led to his abrupt shift in support away from the NPP and their presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the upcoming December elections.
Kate Gyamfua urged him to move past these grievances and sought divine forgiveness for him regarding his prophecies made in a moment of emotional distress.
I pray God to forgive those Pastors prophesying out of pain.
She, however, emphasized that the NPP will make every effort to reach a reconciliation with him.
