NPP National Youth Organizer Salam Mustapha, has stated that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is the preferred candidate for all well-meaning Ghanaians.
According to Salam Mustapha, Dr. Bawumia has proven himself to the nation by presenting transformative ideas for Ghana’s development.

Salam Mustapha said during a campaign in the Kpandai constituency.
He urged the youth to actively campaign for Dr. Bawumia, emphasizing that their efforts are crucial to securing victory in the upcoming election.
You are the force that will help us win. We must go all out and leave no stone unturned,
he encouraged.
Salam Mustapha also called on the youth to support their parliamentary candidates, specifically campaigning for Matthew Nyindam in Kpandai. He noted that Nyindam, who was voted out in 2020 due to internal party disagreements, had significantly outperformed his successor, the NDC MP. He urged the youth to rally behind Nyindam and ensure his re-election.
He further highlighted that the NPP’s success in the 2024 elections depends on the commitment of its members. According to him, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) poses no real threat to the NPP in the polls.
The only thing that can stop us from winning is ourselves. The NDC is not our problem. They are neither stronger nor better than us, and they can’t take the victory from us by force,
he added.
Salam Mustapha concluded by emphasizing that the NPP would face difficulties if they lost, as they would have to fight hard to regain power again.
