THE NPP IS BETTER SUITED TO MANAGE GHANA’S EDUCATION SECTOR THAN THE NDC – NAPO

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, widely recognized as NAPO and the Vice Presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has claimed that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) cannot effectively oversee Ghana’s education system.

In his recent remarks, he voiced his apprehensions regarding the condition of educational infrastructure within the nation, emphasizing the absence of substantial progress during the NDC’s eight-year tenure in governance.

NAPO highlighted that, despite the NDC’s commitments to build 200 E-Blocks aimed at improving educational access and facilities, only 28 of these projects were realized.

He contended that this discrepancy illustrates the NDC’s failure to fulfill its promises and to elevate the quality of education in Ghana. He encouraged Ghanaians to reflect on the NPP’s history in managing the education sector, implying that the party is more capable of implementing the essential reforms and enhancements needed.

The NDC delivered only 28 E-Blocks out of the 200 in total that they promised Ghanaians. The E-Block was the NDC’s flagship policy at the time, but despite the noise they made about the E-Block, they shockingly failed woefully to deliver on their promises.

After eight years in political office, the NDC only delivered a paltry 28 E-Blocks, but they used propaganda, as usual, to bloat the figure.
