THE NPP WOMEN’S WING IN THE ASHANTI REGION IS FOCUSED ON SUCCESS IN THE 2024 ELECTIONS

Nana Ama Ampomah, the Ashanti Regional Women’s Organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed the party’s commitment to highlighting its accomplishments in the region to secure victory in the upcoming 2024 elections.

She emphasized that the administration led by President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Bawumia has initiated remarkable development projects both in the region and across Ghana, warranting their continuation in office.

During an interview on M’abato3 with William Evans-Nkum on Akoma 87.9fm in Kumasi, she noted that the women’s wing is dedicated to communicating the government’s initiatives to the electorate to gather the necessary votes for the party’s success in the Ashanti Region.

She remarked that the NPP has significantly improved the lives of women, and they are determined to play their part in the party’s ‘breaking the 8’ campaign. Ampomah called for unity among the women in the party as they prepared for this important endeavor.

She highlighted that the NPP has managed to implement various developmental projects in the country despite facing global economic challenges.

She pointed out that, despite these difficulties, the government has successfully provided ambulances to every constituency, launched the Free Senior High School (FSHS) initiative, established a school feeding program, and made strides in infrastructure development.

She encouraged the women to actively participate in door-to-door and market campaigns to promote the government’s achievements.
