VOTE FOR DR. BAWUMIA TO ENSURE THAT YOUR FORMER STUDENT, NAPO BECOMES GHANA’S NEXT VICE PRESIDENT – AKUFO-ADDO TO PREMPEH COLLEGE STUDENTS

President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo has called upon both former and current students of Prempeh College to lend their support to Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh’s Vice Presidential candidacy by casting their votes for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the presidential candidate of the ruling New Patriotic Party.

Should Dr. Opoku Prempeh be elected, he would become the first alumnus of the college to hold the position of Vice President of the Republic. With J.A. Kufour, another distinguished alumnus, having previously served as President of Ghana, Prempeh College stands on the brink of witnessing another of its own potentially rise to the Vice Presidential office.

During his address as the Guest Speaker at the school’s 75th anniversary and Speech and Prize Giving Day, President Akufo-Addo emphasized to the “Amanfo)” students the honor associated with supporting Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, affectionately known as NAPO, in his quest to become Ghana’s next Vice President by voting for the NPP candidate.

The President characterized Dr. Opoku Prempeh as a dedicated and industrious individual, highlighting his political acumen and his commitment, alongside Dr. Bawumia, to address the infrastructural issues that the school has brought to his attention.

Let me conclude by urging all of you to support the Vice Presidential candidature of one of your own, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, the Man NAPO; a workaholic and an excellent politician by voting for…Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

They together will tackle all the needs the headmaster has mentioned which require extensive work but cannot be completed under the limited time left to me.
